The information is processed to respond to your request and, where relevant, take steps before entering into a consulting engagement. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.

Retention and recipients

Enquiries are retained for up to three years after the last contact, unless a longer period is required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Access is limited to ThermaFlow Consulting and the technical providers needed to host the website and deliver the message, including Formspree for form delivery.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, or object to its processing where applicable, by emailing the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
